Whereas you, ____________ have well served the weal of Our Realm as Queen (Consort) and helpmate of Chivalry (Our Queen by Right of Arms), your grace and demeanor did, like the rose as queen of the garden, serve as inspiration to all who discerned you. Therefore do we create in fact what you have made by example and estate of Lady (Lord) of the Order of the Rose, granting herewith all
rights and privileges apparent thereto. Signed by Our hand, this____ day of _____ , A.S. ______.

Middle Kingdom Order of the Rose Wording

Proclaim to all Gentles and Nobles that we (name of Consort), Queen (King) of the Middle Kingdom, and (name of King/Queen) our King (Queen), knowing full well the grace and dignity with which (name of recipient) has served the Middle Kingdom as Queen (King), are minded to do her/him honor. We do, therefore, recognize her/ him as a Lady/Lord of the Rose, with all of the rights, privileges, insignia, precedence and responsibilities thereto appertaining. Done by our hands this __ day of ___, Anno Societatis (A.S.) __ in our (location of event).

OLD VERSION:

Special Note: This award no longer carries a Peerage. Only use this version of the text if you are creating a backlog scroll for a recipient who received this award by Letters Patent.

If the recipient already has arms by Letters Patent (i.e. is a member of the order of the
Laurel, Chivalry or Pelican, or bears Arms by Letters Patent with their Royal Peerage), or if the grant of Letters Patent is otherwise not to be conferred, omit the heraldic confirmation in parentheses.

By beauty, grace and demeanor the rose rules as Queen of the Garden. In like fashion have you, (Recipient's name), served the weal of this realm as Queen and Helpmate of Chivalry. In recognition of those qualities which served as an inspiration to all who discerned you, We now create, in fact, that which you demonstrated by example, and elevate you to the honor and estate of Lady of the Order of the Rose, granting all the rights and prerogatives attendant thereto. By Our Hands this (number) day of (month) Anno Societatis (Society year), being (year) Gregorian.

-To be signed by Sovereign and Consort, with space for their seals.

ALTERNATIVE:

Atenveldt Lady of the Rose Wording

Whereas, (Title and name of recipient) having served Our Kingdom of Atenveldt full well in her example of Grace and Beauty on the Throne, and being through her service as Queen of Atenveldt deserving of recognition for her Reign, now therefore do We, (name of Queen), Queen of Atenveldt, bestow this Title and token in respect for bearing as a Lady of the Rose. We do further elevate her unto Our Order of the Rose and charge her with the Duties and Prerogatives thereunto attached.
