An Tir Countess Wording

Know all men by these presents that We ____________, and ____________, Sovereign King and Queen of An Tir, minded this day to fulfill our happy duty, in recognition that ________________________ has once reigned as Queen in Our realm, offering her gracious service and giving of her wisdom in council and in court, do hereby style her Countess and Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Rose. Further, We do affirm her the sole and exclusive right to bear by Royal Letters Patent the Arms, to wit; [BLAZON]. Henceforth, she shall be known by her coronet of gold, embattled, and her counsel shall be weighted as befits one who has once borne the Crown of this Our Realm. Further, she shall be entitled to all other insignias, rights, honours, privileges and duties as are assigned one of such rank within the Kingdom of An Tir. In affirmation of her investiture as Countess, We have this day set here Our hands and affixed Our Great Seal. 

By seal and signature, Black Lion Herald testifies that the armories depicted and blazoned herein belong unto the said _________________________ to use, bear, and show forth at all times.
