Artemisia Order of the Pelican Wording

Know all gentles by these presents that We, <King> and <Queen>, King and Queen of Artemisia, having elevated Our subject, <name>, to the Order of the Pelican, do therefore bestow upon (him/her) a Patent of Arms. Having commanded Our heralds to devise a unique and suitable blazon, We do hereby grant unto (him/her): <blazon>. Henceforth (he/she) shall have the sole and exclusive right to bear these arms in the Society for Creative Anachronism.
