Tourney scrolls are NOT provided by the Trimaris College of Scribes. This text is here to provide a basic wording for scribes who are individually commissioned to make a tourney scroll. 

If commissioned to create a tourney scroll, check who will be signing the scroll or if the signatory area should be left blank.
