Know ye all and sundry that We, (King’s name), King of the East, and (Queen’s name), Queen of the East, recognizing the worth of Our well-beloved and faithful servant, (name of recipient), who has served us well as (reason for award), do give unto him/her this Grant of arms:(blazon or blank space to be filled in later). and he/she shall have the sole and exclusive right to these arms throughout the Known World without let or hindrance. accomplished by Our Hand at (event name) in Our (name of host group) on this (number) day of (month), anno Societatis (year).
