We, Trumbrand and Kayla, King and Queen of these Trillium lands of Ealdormere,
do wish to recognize the skill in rapier which Tamara has displayed,
specifically for fencing with enthusiasm, good cheer, a sunny smile,
and with the flair of the legendary Three Musketeers. For this do We now
commend her and bestow upon her Our Award of the Scarlet Banner and the right
to bear the badge of the award. As well, We bestow upon her the right to bear
arms within the Society for Creative Anachronism without let or hindrance from
any person, and the rights and responsibilities conveyed by her elevation to
