is thus Our Pleasure to recognize and elevate Our Subject, (name of recipient),

Most Noble Order of the Pelican, and having commanded Our Heralds to devise a unique and suitable blazon
do hereby grant unto (him / her) the following Ensigns Armorial by Letters
