Deliver these words to Our people that all may know the will of ____________ and _____________. It is Our prerogative as Sovereigns of the Kingdom of An Tir, to elevate those of Our subjects who have distinguished themselves through their courtesy, chivalry and prowess upon the field of honour. Therefore let ______________________ henceforth be known as a Knight of the realm. We charge Our subject with all the privileges and burdens of this rank and grant him/her by these letters Patent [BLAZON]. By seal and signature, Black Lion Herald testifies that the armories depicted and blazoned herein belong unto the said _________________________ to use, bear, and show forth at all times.
