Hear ye! Hear ye! Let all
those here gathered, and all to whom these presents shall come know that We,
(Sovereign's name) and (Consort's name), King and Queen of Meridies, are
mindful of the great service done by those who ceaselessly serve Our Realm
through the planning and execution of feast and revel, of tournament and
display. We do, therefore, exercise Our perogative and name (Recipient's name)
to Our Order of the Scarlet Star, confident that [his/her] example will
continue to shine forth as a beacon in the night. This by Our command, and
under Our Hands on the (number) day of (month) Anno Societatis (Society year),
being (year) Gregorian.
-To be signed by Sovereign
and Consort, with space for their seals. This award carries precedence and must
also be signed by Beacon Principal Herald, with places for a third signature
and seal.
